HOW TO BUY
It is very easy to buy in our shop, but, before doing that, you have to register yourself. this operation is simple and fast and, once you have done it the first time, you will be able, every time you will come back and visit our site, to log in and put any article into your virtual trolley, memorize your trolley and insert the desired items into your wish list. you can change the items in your trolley, delete some or all articles and add some more.
When you have decided what to buy, just click onto the proper link and you will get a confirmation e-mail to the mail address you have previously entered.
In case you have not executed the registration procedure and the subsequent log-in, you will only be able to access the description card of all items, but not to buy.

For deliveries within the italian territory we use poste italiane or express courier:

In 33 piccole località la consegna avviene entro 4-5 giorni lavorativi successivi a quello della spedizione.

Should your package arrive in very bad conditions and show evident alterations or breaches, you must immediately give it back to the courier. we will send again the items you have ordered or we will give you a refund. if you accept the damaged package, you will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Items will have to be returned in their original product packaging or another one suitable to prevent breaches. as soon as we receive the items, we will refund the corresponding amount through bank transfer (shipping expenses excluded).
