18-year-old single malt from the assembly of sherry (40%) and bourbon barrels. Without doubt the best of the official Highland Parks. Its floral character recalls certain flowery and intoxicating perfumes. A magnificent version born in the cellars of Scotland's northernmost distillery.
Aromatic Profile: golden in color, the broad nose is marked by flowers, honey and smoked barley. The greasy mouth confirms the notes of the nose and develops firm and sweet, revealing the sweet sourness of peat and heather notes then develops on spices (nutmeg). The very dry finish is a little short, where notes of walnut and almond underline the influence of aging in sherry barrels. It continues on intoxicating flowers and heather honey.
