Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in stainless steel with 20 days of post-fermentation maceration, malolactic in steel. Refinement in wood (barriques and tonneaux) for 16 months. Bottled for 9 months.
Description: On the hills of the Prevostura, on the coast of the "Muntacc", Nebbiolo and Vespolina mature. From the wise union of these grapes comes the Coste della Sesia, a structured red, elegant and austere. Limited production of 3,650 bottles. Ageing potential: 12+ years.
