The flagship wine of Torre Civette, the eponymous “Torre Civette”, is a quintessential Cabernet Franc, boasting a deep ruby colour and signature aromas of spicy and floral notes on the nose. Hand-harvested from select vines, only the finest grapes are meticulously sorted and vinified in small French oak barrels before being aged in barriques for a full year. The result is a refined, complex wine that tantalizes the palate with its rich, velvety texture, harmonious structure, and a lingering finish punctuated by smooth and refined tannins.
